Privacy
This is a record label blog, not a data business. We collect as little as we reasonably can, and this page explains the little that we do.
Analytics
We run basic analytics to see which posts get read and roughly where readers come from. That data is aggregated. We are looking at trends across visits, not at you as a person, and we do not try to identify individual readers.
Cookies
A few cookies get set, mostly by the analytics above and by anything embedded in a post, like an audio or video player. If you block cookies in your browser the blog still works fine, you just lose a little playback convenience.
Comments
If you leave a comment, we keep the name and any details you type into the comment form, along with the comment itself, so the thread makes sense. Do not put anything in a comment that you would not want left in public.
The newsletter
If you sign up for our mailing list we store your email address for one reason: sending you the newsletter. We do not sell it, rent it, or hand it around. Every email has an unsubscribe link, and using it removes you from the list.
Getting in touch
If you want to know what we hold about you, or you want it deleted, email us and we will sort it out. No forms, no runaround.
